I attached a picture of what I used to look like before I lost weight. I feel there are too many scams out there such as weightloss supplements and infomercials. I lost weight by cutting out sodas, fast food, and junk food from my diet. The first month was the hardest because I honestly feel like I went through a withdrawel of some type. I also started walking 30 minutes a day and I bought a jump rope. Losing weight takes discipline but once you get used to not eating unhealthy food, you won’t miss it at all.
