My name is Tara Burnette, single mom of 4, USAF vet, beadhbody coach and wanted to share my story. SOOOOOO about three years ago, I remember laying on the living room floor staring at the ceiling. I remember thinking…WTF?!WHERE has my life gone. I used to be FUN, and loved cute clothes, and was physically fit. NOW, I’m TIRED, out shape and I’m constantly feeling like I’m barely surviving. I AM TIRED OF SURVIVING….I want to feel good in my skin, my kids deserve a happy and playful mommy, who is comfortable and proud of her body!!! That is the moment I decided to make a change.
