I’ve always struggled with my weight. When I walked past the mirror I hated what I saw. I knew I needed to change. so, in June of 2015 I decided to change. I lost 20 pounds. I was looking good. but then, I gained it all back plus more. I was so disappointed in my self. I was starting to gain self love and I ruined it. Summer of 2016 I reached my heaviest of 200lbs. I cried everytime I looked in the mirror. I hated what I saw and I couldn’t stand staring at it any longer. I was determined to change for GOOD! The weight started dropping and it was happening faster than I thought. people started to notice which motivated me and I got so much support from friends and family! I am still ok the middle of my journey but it will never end. I will continue to be the me that I want to be and everyday I will slowly transform. I want everyone to know that you can gain self love and you can be the you you’ve always wanted to be!

WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY DIET LOOK LIKE COMPARED TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER? no snacks and way more vegetables and fruits.
HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER? I can go for longer and do heavier weights.
MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS
- don’t get discouraged by the number on the scale
- don’t give up, it is not easy but it will be so worth it!
- eat fruits or vegetables as a snack instead of chips, it is better for you and makes you feel great!
- don’t let others stop you
- push yourself and be your own biggest support.
