It may not be for every single person out there, but it has helped me finally lose weight after an incredibly long, long struggle.
And I saw it with my own eyes.
Hello, I’m Shirlyn and I want to share a story that might resonate with you.
Since my first pregnancy in 2009, I have had to deal with large weight fluctuations.
Before I got pregnant, I was 120 pounds. At the end of this pregnancy I was 174 pounds. About 2 months after birth, I managed to regain 118 pounds, but it was short-lived.
2 years later, within about 3 months, my weight increased from 125 lbs to 178 lbs !! That was the summer of 2014.
Between 2014 and 2017, my weight fluctuated between 180 and 200 pounds.
In the end I got engaged and wanted to lose weight for the wedding.
I started at £ 200 and worked my butt in the gym, counting calories, drinking nothing but water, exercising more, cutting more calories, etc.
By the date of my wedding, I managed to get £ 175.
I literally exercised on treadmills every morning for 1-2 hours, jogging with the elliptical trainer, lifting weights, doing squats, etc.
It was hard.
And the second I stopped exercising, my weight started to rise again.
Exercising every day is not a sustainable way of life for me. I was aiming to get 145 pounds and it didn’t matter how hard I trained or how well I ate – my weight would not be 175 pounds.
I go 5 months ahead and get pregnant a second time.
I was 170 pounds at the beginning of this pregnancy and when I went to the hospital to give birth to my daughter, I weighed 220 pounds.
After I had my daughter, my weight dropped to 205 pounds but didn’t go any lower.
I would lose a few pounds, then I would gain a few pounds and so on.
I was sooo upset with how I looked and felt.
A woman I worked with had just read Carly Donovan’s Cinderella solution and persuaded me to give it a try. I ordered the e-book shortly before Christmas last year (2018) and read the whole thing in a few days!
Anyone who knows me personally knows that I hate reading, but I just couldn’t take this thing off. On New Year’s Eve I had my last “healthy” meal – cabbage soup, raw vegetables and water.
I started the Cinderella solution on New Year’s Day. I followed the daily, step-by-step menu.
It was so easy and everything I got to eat was delicious.
My starting weight on New Years Eve was 210 pounds. Today, almost 5 months later, I’m at £ 165! And that’s with ZEROOOOO practice!
I literally just follow this delicious menu and dropped 45 pounds. It is wonderful. It’s easy.
And I will spend the rest of my life telling people about this book and the rest of my life eating this way.
And don’t get me wrong, exercise is very important and I will integrate it into my everyday life very soon so that I can consolidate myself, but the fact that I lost 45 pounds without even taking a night walk is just more as amazing to me.
