■ 2 cups of Coconut oil/ Almond oil/ Olive oil
■ 3 fresh organic Amlas
■ Dry curry leaves (optional)
■ Rosemary essential oil (optional)

How to make:
■ Take 3 fresh organic amlas and
wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt.
■ First, chop amlas into small
cubes.
■ You can either use cubes or
you can blend the cubes in a blender to make an amla paste.
■ Heat 2 cups of Coconut oil or
olive oil in a pan on a medium flame. Add the amla cubes or amla paste to the
oil.
■ Add a handful of curry leaves
to the oil.
■ Slow cook the amla, curry
leaves in the oil for 5 minutes, and turn off the flame.
■ You will notice the oil has
slightly turned yellowish golden green in color.
■ Strain the oil and add a few
drops of rosemary essential oil.
■ Store the amla hair oil in an
airtight glass jar for up to 1-2 months.

amla oil in a small pan and warm a little.
