On April 7th, 2022, Jessica shared some impressive lifts from the gym on her Instagram account. She posted a 212.5 kg (468.5 lbs) squat single and performed four 183 kg (405 lbs) paused squats after.

The first video displays Jessica Buettner showcasing her squat prowess, as the 212.5 kg (468.5 lbs) lift is 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) heavier than her current competition PR. Jessica’s squat is raw, as she only used a lifting belt and knee sleeves.

In the second slide of Jessica Buettner’s Instagram post, she can be seen deadlifting 230 kg (507 lbs) for six sets of one rep. This deadlift is only 17.5 kg (38.5 lbs) lighter than the current IPF World Record in the 76 kg weight class. This record is also claimed by Jessica Buettner, having set it at the 2021 IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championships.
